The Myer and Salvos Fashion Rescue right here in Mandurah!

If you are cleaning out your wardrobe, there is a great program for those who visit the Salvo's Store on Davey St in Mandurah. Salvos Stores offer an extra incentive for residents to donate their pre-loved clothing to charity through an initiative called ‘Fashion Rescue’.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Myer and Salvos Stores will reward those who kindly donate their pre-loved clothing with a $10 Myer voucher per donation which can be redeemed when spending $50 or more in one transaction on participating Myer brands in-store.

HOW YOU HELP
In the past financial year, Salvos Stores have prevented 55,000 tonnes of clothing and other goods ending up in landfill. CEO of Salvos Stores Australian Southern Territory, Allen Dewhirst, says the initiative will enable The Salvation Army continue their support and work throughout the community which helps more than one million disadvantaged Australians every year.

Fashion Rescue runs from now until February 2016.

If you would like to volunteer at the Salvo Store they are always looking for helpers! If you would like to contribute your time head into the store on Unit 2, 21 Davey Street Mandurah or to this website to fill in a form online.
