Did you know that Mandurah used to be called Peeltown? And that Halls Cottage which was built in 1832 was one of the first residences in the State?

The Historical Society pamphlet that visitors receive upon arrival at Halls Cottage is full of such information!

If you get talking to to Mandurah Historical Society Members they have some fascinating tales to tell about not only the cottage but also about themselves and their history!

Hall's Cottage is situated at 7 Leighton Place opposite Hall Park near where the War Memorial is placed. The cottage is open on Sundays 10am - 3pm. The grounds are available for weddings and ceremonies.
