Originally from Sudan, The Great Nile Musical Group celebrate the diversity of culture from the North Eastern African nations. The ancient kingdom of Kush was one of the earliest civilizations to develop in the Nile River Valley. It was located in North Eastern part of Africa and centred on the confluences of the Blue Nile, White Nile and River Atbara, in what is now the Republic of Sudan.  The Great Nile Musical Group consists of diverse musicians and dancers that share their ancient cultural heritage in this special North African performance.
