Cobblers Presents Comedies Golden Boys

The funniest international, national and local comedians will be live and in the flesh at Cobblers Tavern Mandurah, Wednesday September 16.

Vulture Culture, the company renowned for serving up some of WA’s best Stand-Up Comedy rooms, will bring you a night you will never forget!

Headlining is the hilarious American Al Del Bene, and let’s face it there’s not a place this man hasn’t been. Flying into war zones to give the troops a good laugh, telling his jokes at The Sydney Opera House with Bill Burr, and performing comedy and music for more than 100 sold out Stadiums and Arenas worldwide; now that’s got to be a guy who can tell a good joke!

Al first nailed it in Boston at age 18, then moved to NYC becoming the ‘it kid’ of the underground comedy scene. Al soon had too much attitude for NYC, constantly reminding the city of how miserable it made him, so moved to sunny L.A, becoming a regular at The World Famous Laugh Factory on Sunset. Al’s TV appearances include; Comics Unleashed, HBO’s Tourgasm, NESN Comedy All Stars and Jon Lovitz Presents. Today the man is a bit of a legend being dubbed; L.A Comedy Awards’ Comedian of The Year.

MC for the night is: Danny McGinlay; Australia’s Three Michelin Star Comedian, performing stand up since he was 16. He’s travelled all over, wowing crowds in London, New York & the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Danny our Aussie golden boy who appears on our T.V screens a lot on; The Footy Show, Utopia, The Project, Rove and Stand Up Australia, first hit international stardom when he had one line in Steven Spielberg’s ‘The Pacific’. You can also catch Danny in the pivotal opening scene of the Nicolas Cage thriller ‘Knowing.’ If you list the cast in order of appearance, Danny almost has top billing alongside Cage himself!
